Summer Internship 2025 - Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Intern aims to support the Supply Chain department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Analyze reporting trends to identify opportunities to enhance supplier performance and quality.

Assist with supplier management, purchase orders creation, and vendor performance monitoring.

Actively participates in supply chain activities and initiatives.

Analyze inventory levels, identify potential stockouts, and support inventory optimization initiatives.

Oversee supplier onboarding by manager system setup and contract documentation.

Learn, participate, and help create and manage action plans to correct underperforming metrics specific to inventory optimization.

Create reports and tools to track processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong oral and written communication skills required.

Good interpersonal skills required to work effectively with others.

Attention to detail.

Analytical ability to solve complex problems.

Education and Experience:

College undergraduate pursuing a Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar field.

Basic knowledge of MRP systems preferred.

Understanding of financial, customer, and supply chain metrics.

Must have completed the first year of the undergraduate program.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
