Production Print Analyst

Position Summary

This position will require exemplary knowledge of Production Print products and software offerings that coincide. The Production Print Analyst will need to effectively demonstrate products & technologies and be involved in the pre-sale and post-sale process.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs technology demonstrations on behalf of the Imaging Sales organization. These demonstrations focus on both hardware and related software solutions.
  • Assists the sales effort in the role of a Production Print Analyst / Subject Matter Expert.
  • Assists in presentations to key clients/prospects in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and the Loffler service and purchasing departments.
  • Prepares periodic performance reports.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Assist the sales organization in properly configuring and pricing production print and mid-range color solutions.
  • Assist in client training and technological support when needed.
  • Maintains expert knowledge of Loffler procedures and processes; identifies areas of improvement.
  • Supports company-sponsored projects and programs; utilizes corporate resources to enhance productivity and promote the company's image.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships within the local business community to present a positive image of Loffler Co. Inc.
  • Seeks out opportunities to promote teamwork.
  • Gathers and distributes industry information to ensure team employees are aware of current industry trends.
  • Gathers and forwards competitive information to ensure sales representatives are aware of current market trends.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm which includes observation of selling hours between 9: 00am to 4:00pm.
  • Utilize Loffler's CRM tool as needed.
  • Be proficient in PC/MAC skills.
  • Participate in and be a contributing member of the Imaging Sales team and uphold the company mission statement.
  • Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.

Qualifications/Requirements:        

  • Minimum of two days in office
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Knowledge of the systems, products, and services of the company.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Skill in customer relations, such as the ability to respond with sensitivity and a sense of urgency to customer needs or requests.
  • Skill in planning and organizing action steps to achieve desired results.
  • Skill in selling by implementing a sales plan, from identifying a target market through closing the sale.
  • Ability to be flexible by adapting decisions or actions to facilitate the most productive work environment.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a group to make the work of the group successful and effective.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four- year college or university is preferred but not required.
  • Prior Industry experience in similar field or job duties required.
  • 5 + years of industry experience with successful track record.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

  • High energy position dealing with clients on a daily basis.

The posted range for this position represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum starting compensation for this role. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
