Executive Assistant to the Founder

Our client is in search of a talented, highly organized, dedicated, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support for a fast-paced professional in Santa Monica.  This is an in person office role which involves significant, highly visible projects and relationships, requiring intelligence, sound judgement, and meticulous attention to detail.  The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant.

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, a strong sense of professionalism, and a deep commitment to providing outstanding support at every level. The successful candidate will have an elegant presence, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail while managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy professional’s life.

This is more than just a traditional Executive Assistant role—it’s about being a trusted partner who anticipates needs, stays 10 steps ahead, and ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for a person with class, elegance, loves literature and can write beautiful letters. Someone who can maintain discretion and uphold confidentiality. Schedule:
Generally, Monday – Friday schedule, 9 AM to 6 PM, but you should be prepared to stay until the job is done.

 

Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 per year, based on experience.  This position offers health benefits.
