Are you a highly capable, organized, and resourceful professional seeking an exciting Personal Assistant role?
A busy executive couple with school-aged children and (two large dogs) based in Midtown Manhattan is hiring an experienced NYC-based Personal Assistant.
We are looking for a dynamic professional who is a self-starter with a strong administrative skill set and flexible mindset.
You must enjoy a busy and family-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence
- Monitor and manage family schedules and coordinate with the household team
- Act as a backup for the Nannies (you must love children).
- Arrange and book travel, create itineraries, make reservations, and offer support when last minute help is requested.
- Manage expense reporting and receipt reconciliation
- Handle healthcare appointments, insurance, and veterinary needs
- Organize social gatherings, from intimate dinners to larger celebrations
- Purchase gifts and run errands
- Proactively resolve issues while maintaining discretion.
Qualities:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A positive, optimistic personality and a team-centered approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Flexibility to travel as needed (locally and domestically)
- A calm demeanor under pressure and the ability to adapt in dynamic situations.
- Familiarity with NYC
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Driver's license and experience driving for prior roles

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, business hours with a high degree of flexibility for off-hours responsiveness.
Compensation:
- A base salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience.
- Benefits include an annual discretionary bonus, health insurance stipend and choice of plan, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO.
