Estate and Hospitality Manager

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estate and Hospitality Manager to maintain their luxurious home in Western Malibu and join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for event planning, exceptional organizational skills, and experience in high-level hospitality service.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and elevate the hospitality experience, with a sharp eye for detail (table settings, thread counts, room ambiance, home scent).
• The ideal candidate has excellent hospitality experience, enjoys working as part of a team, and will collaborate closely with and report to senior household staff and leadership.
• Be physically present on-site and ready to adapt to the needs of the estate and family.
• Support a wide range of tasks—from high-level coordination to hands-on responsibilities.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times and be comfortable in front of high-profile clients.
• Be proactive and tend to the small details. Having a passion for organization and a strong attention to detail is a must!

 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate is hospitality-focused, intrinsically motivated, and a proactive doer with a high level of discretion and sophistication. They should be physically fit, hands-on, and genuinely appreciative of the opportunity to support a one-of-a-kind estate. A positive, team-oriented attitude and an authentic presence are essential, along with a skill set that complements the existing staff.

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option for weekend work as needed.

 

Compensation: We are offering a competitive salary $200,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
