Estate Manager with Strong Hospitality Skills

Newly created, full-time position for a Property Manager with strong administrative and hospitality skills, or an Estate Manager with a solid background in back-of-house operations and mechanical systems. This Aspen-based role supports a high-profile principal and is ideal for a seasoned, self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic and service-oriented environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• 80% of duties include:
  • Overseeing complex residential systems (HVAC, Audio, Geothermal)
  • Managing established vendors
  • Working alongside an existing housekeeping team
• 20% of duties include:
  • Running errands
  • Driving and car care
  • Handling FedEx runs
  • Picking up food

 

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 7 years’ experience as an Estate Manager or Property Manager
• Highly organized and discreet
• Self-directed with minimal need for supervision
• Neat and detail-oriented
• Experienced with complex residential systems
• Comfortable with high standards and a zen environment
• Knowledgeable about cleanliness, organization, and hospitality standards
• Able to troubleshoot electronics and manage household stock levels
• Must have strong references from prior employers

 

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Schedule varies when the principal is in residence (6 months per year)

 

Compensation:

• Salary range: $150K – $250K annually
• Significant benefits and paid time off included
• Off-site housing may be offered for the right candidate
• Relocation considered
• Preference for candidates with Aspen experience or local residency
