Location: Hamilton, Clermont, and Brown Counties (MUST live in one of these counties)
Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (Base + Commission)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Hunting for New Business: This is a sales role that's ALL about action! Generate new leads, close deals, and take ownership of your territory. If you're a self-starter with a passion for winning, this is your chance to shine.

  • Building Relationships: It's not just about making the sale — it's about making long-term connections. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure they keep coming back for all their equipment needs.

  • Driving Growth: Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to create innovative strategies that will skyrocket sales. Your territory will be yours to own, grow, and dominate.

  • Representing a Trusted Brand: With Southeastern Equipment's extensive inventory of top-of-the-line equipment and attachments, you'll have all the tools you need to win over customers and exceed expectations.


Your Sales Targets:

  • 1st Year Goal: $1 Million in sales

  • 5th Year Goal: $6 Million in sales


What We're Looking For:

  • Hunter Mentality: You thrive in a competitive environment and love closing deals.

  • Sales Savvy: You have proven experience in CRM, customer service, and sales — preferably in agriculture, earthmoving, aerial, or industrial equipment.

  • Drive & Determination: You're self-motivated, goal-oriented, and you take full ownership of your success.

  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical tasks as part of the job.

  • Valid Driver's License: You'll be on the move, visiting clients and prospects, so a valid driver's license is a must!


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000/year (Base Salary + Commission)
