MCASP Instructor/Writer

TecMaster’s Inc. requires a Mission Command Arts and Science Instructor to provide resident mission command system training and IT support for Students attending Officer, Warrant Officer, and NCO courses.

Personnel must have:

Three years of classroom instruction experienceteaching two or more of these Mission Command Systems listed below.

  • Global Command and Control System Army (GCCS-A)
  • Command Post of the Future (CPOF)
  • Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE)
  • Joint Capabilities Release (JCR)
  • Joint Battle Command – Platform (JBC-P)
  • Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS)
  • Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI)
  • Data Distribution Service (DDS)
  • Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS)
  • Advance Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
  • Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS)

One year experience using the most recent version of Microsoft Operating Systeme.eg. Win 7 /10), Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Microsoft OfficeProfessional 2013), and other common desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to quickly learn unique applications. #ZR

Personnel Will:

  • Provide the full spectrum of simulation and training support including classroom, hands-on, and practical exercises. Training support requirements are for residents and non-resident training requirements for both the Field Artillery and Air Defense Artillery Schools.
  • Provide mission command system instruction IAW applicable Programs of Instruction and applicable training schedules.
  • Provide performance-oriented training using U.S. Army TRADOC and FCOE approved program of instruction (POI).
  • Provide instruction, including computer-based classroom training, for Active Army, Army Reserve, Army National Guard and other units.
  • Work with training developers (DOTD) and government instructors (NCOIC G7) to provide technically correct courseware assessments by updating, revising, developing, publishing, and distributing training products as required by the COR.
