As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll be at the heart of our construction and maintenance projects.

What You'll Do:
- Equip & Train Crews – Ensure teams have the right tools, functioning equipment, and proper training for safe and efficient work, including operating snowplows and aerial lifts.
- Keep heavy equipment clean, secure, and ready to roll!
- Operate tools and equipment for pipe work, concrete construction, and landscaping.
- Get Hands-On – Promote safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible work practices.
What are the Requirements for this Role?
• At least two (2) years of experience in the operation of self-propelled heavy equipment or survey equipment.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license Class B CDL with air-brake endorsement and be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage
when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
• Possess a valid Class "A" Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement within six (6) months of hire date.
• Be willing to work snow routes that include 12-hour shifts during the months of November through March.
• Be able to pass a practical equipment test, background investigation, physical, drug and alcohol screenings.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $25.41 per hour and will increase to $26.42 per hour after 6 months of successful probation.

WORK HOURS: Typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
WORK LOCATION: In and around the City of Branson, Missouri; This position requires work to be performed onsite.
