Reception Manager

A private investment firm located in Beverly Hills, comprising a team of six to eight professionals, is seeking a Reception Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the office. The successful candidate will provide outstanding client service by handling all incoming calls, greeting and assisting clients, and managing daily hospitality operations. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people and values maintaining a healthy work-life balance.  The office does not have significant outside traffic, so we have added responsibilities to create a meaningful role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Stock and maintain the office refrigerator and kitchen supplies
  • Set up the conference room for meetings
  • Scan, organize, and follow up on documents as required
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and tidiness of common office areas
  • Care for office plants, including regular watering and upkeep
  • Catalog materials and maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages (FedEx, USPS, Amazon, etc.)
  • Communicate with and coordinate services from vendors as needed
  • Provide hospitality services, including preparing tea, coffee, and snacks for guests and staff

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Schedule: General office hours, Monday – Friday

 

Compensation: $90,000 annual salary, plus benefits, paid vacation and parking provided
