Join us at Inland Respite, Inc., where we passionately support individuals in the developmentally disabled community! We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HRIS Administrator to join our HR team. This is a remote position in Corona or San Diego, California.
About the Role
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, system functionality, and compliance with HR processes. This role involves collaborating with HR teams to optimize technology and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Do
System Management
- Maintain and update the HRIS database, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues, serving as the primary support contact for users.
Data Management
- Input, update, and manage employee data, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in the system.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate and distribute regular reports to HR leadership and other departments as needed.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in HR processes.
User Training and Support
- Provide training and support to HR team members and end-users on HRIS features and functionality.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for enhancements or new features within the HRIS.
- Participate in special projects and system upgrades, including testing new features and processes.
Compliance and Security
- Ensure HRIS practices comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Protect sensitive employee information by adhering to strict security protocols.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HRIS administration or related HR functions.
- Proficiency in HRIS software. Or ADP Vantage, or Lyric, which is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
