Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our manufacturing facility. This part-time role is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Accurately enter data and maintain timely updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team.
- Perform filing, archiving, and other office duties as needed.
- Support other departments with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable.
- Handle general inquiries and route messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with scheduling and room bookings for meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
