VETERINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Veterinary Medical Center of The Woodlands is looking for a friendly, dependable, and animal-loving receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, positive experience for every pet and their person who walks through our doors.

? What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming clients and their furry companions with genuine warmth and enthusiasm ????

  • Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping our daily flow running smoothly

  • Providing reassurance and support to pet parents when they need it most

  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail

  • Working closely with our amazing medical team to ensure a seamless client experience

?? Availability:
Our clinic is open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is required. This position includes rotating Saturdays and Sundays — because pets don't take weekends off!

?? PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. The team member must frequently use a computer for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. This position also requires walking and/or standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motions. Team members may be exposed to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, pet dander, and animal excretions. The work environment may involve low to moderate noise levels. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted and up to 50 lbs. with assistance
