VP - Integrated Operations
JOB SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Integrated Operations is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and optimizing all operational activities across the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, superior client satisfaction, and financial performance. The VP drives strategic initiatives and supports the organization's mission to deliver best-in-class security services.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the development and execution of operational strategies that align with company objectives and KPIs.

Oversee operational performance metrics (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Lead and mentor the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Integrated Operations to execute operational plans effectively.

Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.

Collaborate with the COO and executive leadership to develop strategic operational plans and budgets.

Maintain direct oversight of scheduling processes, workforce deployment, and resource optimization across locations.

Drive compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (PSRA, FLA, JDL, K-9 certifications).

Develop and sustain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and contract retention.

Respond to operational incidents, client escalations, audits, and emergencies with a focus on continuous improvement.

Lead operational audits, security surveys, and service quality initiatives.

Monitor the use and maintenance of company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and firearms.

Foster a culture of accountability, leadership, and service excellence within the Integrated Operations team.

Prepare and present reports on operational performance, risks, and initiatives to executive leadership.

Any other duties within the scope of the position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s Degree preferred, or First Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Certification in Security or Physical Security Management is an asset.
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive leadership experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Experience leading large teams and multi-location operations.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs, managing budgets, and driving client satisfaction.
- Experience managing compliance in regulated industries (PSRA, FLA).
