Executive Housekeeper

Executive Housekeeper – Full-Time (Southampton, NY)

A wonderful client with a long-tenured staff is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to join a professional team caring for a 15,000 sq. ft. estate in Southampton, NY.

The ideal candidate has a background in high-end homes, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

This is a year-round, full-time position with varied seasonal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and upkeep of a fine home and guest house
• High-level laundry and garment care (ironing, steaming, organizing closets)
• Care for fine materials: antiques, crystal, silver, linens, and specialty surfaces
• Coordinate with team members and report to the Estate Manager
• Prepare simple, light breakfasts and serve the principals (the team will train you on this)
• Occasional errand-running, guest service, and assistance during events
• Seasonal tasks including property checks and pool area setup

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role in a fine residence
• Excellent English communication skills, some Tagalog preferred but not required
• Significant and verifiable references
• Strong organizational skills and discretion; team-first mindset
• Legal to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license required

Schedule:

• June – October: 5 days/week, including weekends, 2 weekdays off
• November – May:  Monday to Friday, weekends off (January – March, work 3 days per week with no change in compensation)

 

Compensation:

• Base Compensation of $46-$52/hour offered, depending on experience
• Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, FSA, and more.
