We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and calm under pressure, instinctively anticipates needs is relentlessly organized, and brings a polished sense of style and fashion awareness to the role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive personal support — managing complex daily schedules, personal calendars, and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Full-service lifestyle management — handling personal errands, home organization, personal shopping, and overseeing service vendors with utmost discretion and precision
  • Travel coordination and logistics — managing detailed itineraries, packing and unpacking, and ensuring seamless execution of personal and business travel
  • High-level concierge services — securing top-tier reservations, coordinating wellness and beauty appointments, managing memberships, and executing last-minute personal requests efficiently
  • Event preparation and support — ensuring executives are styled appropriately for social and professional events; coordinating outfits, grooming, and timing
  • Wardrobe oversight — maintaining organized closets, managing seasonal transitions, and handling returns, tailoring, and fashion sourcing when needed
  • Gifting and special occasion planning — sourcing thoughtful, elevated gifts for holidays, birthdays, and key milestones; overseeing a year-round gifting program

Qualifications / Characteristics:

  • Proven experience as a high-level Personal Assistant to high-profile individuals or C-level executives
  • Highly organized and detail-obsessed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
  • Discreet, professional, and experienced in navigating high-pressure, high-visibility environments
  • Adept at problem-solving, anticipating needs, and taking initiative without constant direction
  • Confident in managing fashion-related tasks such as wardrobe planning and event styling, with a good eye for personal taste and fit
  • Globally savvy — comfortable handling logistics in international cities and culturally varied settings
  • Graceful under pressure, polished in presentation, and trusted to represent the executives with discretion and professionalism

Compensation and Terms:

  • We offer a reasonable schedule.
  • Our office is located in Century City. This is not a work-from-home eligible role.
  • Full benefits are included.
  • We are open on compensation. We expect to pay $120,000 to $175,000 plus bonus, depending on experience.
