CLUBHOUSE/CSI/SST2-Dougherty County C&A

To provide resiliency support services at the Dougherty County Mental Health Resiliency Clubhouse site for children & adolescents which involves: daily transportation for clubhouse youth members, academic support/afterschool tutoring; health and wellness skills development; providing support during weekly STEAM activities; facilitating psycho-educational and recovery based group skills training for youth members within the school/home; and attend collaborative meetings with other youth development stakeholders, to ensure continuity of care and a solid whole health support system is implemented for youth individuals served. Applicant must also possess the capability of providing quality billable services, as well as, completing daily documentation, to help produce revenue to maintain program sustainability. This position also requires the applicant to meet this program's specific 30% productivity expectation, monthly, as well as participate in this program's hosted community outreach projects/events. Applicants must be able to provide and maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a social services related field; or a high school diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience working with individuals in a social services related field.
