The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, a strong understanding of luxury service standards, and a passion for matching exceptional talent with private families. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, discreet, and client-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate placement
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of private service roles (e.g., Estate Managers, Executive Assistants, Private Chefs, Housekeepers, Nannies)
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements on appropriate platforms
  • Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide both parties through the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Collaborate with the team on placement strategy and candidate experience
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

 

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience; experience in private service or luxury staffing strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with ATS and CRM systems
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Legal work authorization and valid driver's license.

 

Schedule: The schedule is Monday to Friday in office only.
