How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:
As Leader Drafter, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supervising the activities of a team of Drafters. You will ensure departmental goals are met by clearly communicating objectives, providing feedback to the Supervisor, and maximizing team participation. Your role involves motivating team members to reach their highest potential, maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment, and supporting skill development and continuous improvement within the drafting team.
This role will be based in Verna, Goa.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Leading the drafting team to support process improvement, cost reduction, product development, safety, and quality goals.
- Training, developing, and reviewing team members’ drawings, 3D models, and BOMs.
- Ensuring team punctuality, engagement, and compliance with safety and company policies.
- Providing timely performance feedback, conflict resolution, and handling emergencies.
- Managing hiring, training, evaluations, scheduling, and corrective actions.
- Coordinating multiple priorities and promoting cross-functional flexibility.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet department objectives.
- Estimating labor needs and ensuring timely task completion.
- Monitoring equipment to ensure zero downtime and smooth operations.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on deliverables and process flow.
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Diploma in Engineering with 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in BSA R&D is a must

- Have experience in leadership roles or have demonstrated team management capabilities.
