Position Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks as well as the strategic process of case management.
- Manage a variety of immigration matters, including H-1B, O-1, L-1 visas, as well as PERM and employment based petition visas.
- Prepare and review immigration applications and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing questions as they arise during the immigration process.
Qualified Applicants Will Have:
- At least 3 years of practice handling business immigration matters in a law firm setting, required;
- Experience with H-1B, O-1, and L-1 visas;
- PERM and employment based immigration petition visas, including EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
