About the Role

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner ready to shape and enhance our recruitment strategies? We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and lead our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent within our organization.

What You Will Do

  •  Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet our current and future hiring needs.
  •  Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements for various roles.
  •  Develop a robust talent pipeline utilizing various channels, including networking, social media, and recruitment events.
  •  Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters, enhancing their skills and boosting overall team performance.
  • Stay informed on the latest job market trends and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  •  Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
  •  Create a positive candidate experience that reflects our company culture and values.

What You Need

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and technologies.
  •  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  •  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Travel up to 30%.
