What You Will Do

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements for various roles.
- Develop a robust talent pipeline utilizing various channels, including networking, social media, and recruitment events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters, enhancing their skills and boosting overall team performance.
- Stay informed on the latest job market trends and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
- Create a positive candidate experience that reflects our company culture and values.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and technologies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Travel up to 30%.
