Scope of Opportunity:

People Leadership & Team Development

  1. Lead and mentor a high-performing creative team, setting the standard for service, accountability, and excellence. Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and prioritization support. Handle escalations, ensure alignment with customer needs, and actively support team member development.
  2. Foster a strong, inclusive team culture rooted in trust, purpose, and collaboration. Provide effective performance management using SMART goals, regular feedback, coaching, and  discipline.
  3. Partner with Human Resources in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training team members to ensure a positive candidate experience and long-term success.
  4. Demonstrate ATS's Mission, Vision, and Values, modeling behaviors and decisions that support our company culture and All-Employee Competencies while carrying out managerial and leadership responsibilities in accordance to ATS' policies and applicable laws.
  5. Perform key All-Manager Responsibilities: Deliver high business results, build the right team, manage for optimal performance, and develop talent for growth.

Creative & Brand Strategy Execution

  1. Oversee the execution of ATS's visual and digital brand strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing. Ensure brand consistency and quality across platforms and audiences, including B2B, recruiting, and internal communications.
  2. Manage and prioritize production workflows for the creative team, ensuring timely delivery of design, content, and digital assets. Provide hands-on support for high-priority or complex creative and design work.

Paid Media & Campaign Oversight

  1. Own the performance of ATS's paid media programs, including PPC and paid social across B2B and recruiting audiences. Monitor results, adapt to platform shifts, and engage appropriate internal or external partners to optimize performance.

Event & Technology Coordination

  1. Coordinate ATS's event, trade show, and promotional programs, including strategy, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and execution support for both internal and external audiences.
  2. Support web, intranet, and technology-based marketing initiatives, including analytics reporting, page updates, and digital training resources. Act as the creative team's liaison with IT and external partners when evaluating new tools or technologies.

Organizational Alignment

  1. Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market conditions to proactively market brand strategies that reinforce marketing's role as a growth partner and extension of the sales team.
  2. Complete work responsibilities outside normal business hours as needed; occasional travel may be required.
  3. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience for Success:

  1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of marketing & 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
  3. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and website administration software.
  4. Experience with design, video production & photography is strongly preferred, but not required.
  5. Strong project management and planning skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize projects with conflicting timeframes.
  6. Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage/prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience generating, interpreting and making decisions based on key metric and/or analytic data, particularly website, GA4, YouTube and social media platform metrics.
  8. Proven ability to successfully lead and inspire a team of visual marketing creatives; able to foster a culture of transparency and a sense of purpose among the team and create clear accountabilities and metrics using positive and collaborative methods.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills; able to establish trust and rapport with all levels of staff.  Able to relate effectively to diverse cultures.
  10. Able to think creatively and objectively to provide creative contributions and solutions to projects.
  11. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  12. Must demonstrate a proactive commitment to ATS values and the success of all staff.
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Office (365, Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
  14. Excellent communication skills (written, listening, and verbal).
  15. Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  16. Willing and able to travel infrequently, including overnight travel.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000; base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
