The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a background in special education, psychology, or a related helping profession
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, organization, and keen eye for detail
• Be polished, poised and present well
• Take genuine pride in maintaining a fine home to the highest standard
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and home care
• Enjoy working independently
• Possess life experience or prior work history that demonstrates the ability to care for and maintain a home

Responsibilities:

• Caring for the family dogs
• Running errands / Costco / Gas station
• General Property Maintenance
• Window washing
• Changing / replacing light bulbs
• Automobile cleaning and washing
• Vendor management

Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 PM.  Some flexibility is required.

Compensation: We are prepared to pay $55 to $75 per hour plus paid vacation, health insurance or health insurance reimbursement.
