Veterinary Medical Center of the Woodlands is looking for an experienced Lead Client Service Representative to guide our team at the front desk. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings positive leadership energy and has a strong background in client service.
As CSR Lead, you'll support and oversee the team that serves as the face of our hospital. You'll model excellent service, help streamline daily operations and work closely with the Hospital Administrator to keep things running smoothly -- while making sure both clients and teammates feel supported at each step.
What you'll do:
- Perform all traditional CSR duties (phones, emails, faxes, invoicing, client communication, etc.)
- Coach, mentor and support CSR team members
- Provide timely feedback and training
- Assist with escalated client concerns
- Manage CSR team scheduling and daily task flow
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Help plan, monitor and respond on our social media platforms

- Animal-related client service experience
- Confidence and coolness under pressure
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A passion for customer service and team collaboration
- Strong communication skills and leadership potential
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, scheduling and veterinary software
