Are you a high-level Executive Personal Assistant with unmatched organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-stakes environments? We are looking for a powerhouse EPA to support a multifaceted CEO whose life and work span industries and time zones.

About the Role:

This is not your standard EA position. You will become a true extension of the CEO—planning, coordinating, anticipating, and problem-solving across all aspects of her professional, personal, and family life. You will manage an ever-evolving calendar, coordinate complex travel, support family logistics, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and serve as a trusted right hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Masterfully manage a demanding calendar of business, personal, and philanthropic commitments
  • Plan and coordinate domestic/international travel and high-level meetings
  • Liaise with internal staff, external partners, vendors, and household personnel
  • Draft clear, professional communications and manage sensitive correspondence
  • Oversee logistics for CEO’s children’s school and extracurricular schedules
  • Coordinate family logistics and household staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with absolute discretion
  • Help shape and uphold company culture and brand integrity

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives in hybrid EA/PA roles
  • Ability to think several steps ahead and handle multiple competing priorities
  • Impeccable judgment, professionalism, and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and contributing to a strong team
  • Strong relationship builder who can work fluidly with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools
  • Flexible, highly responsive, and committed to excellence in a 24/7 environment

Why Join Us?

You will play a critical role in amplifying the impact of a remarkable leader—one whose work touches innovation, creativity, and social good. This is a career-defining opportunity for an EA who wants to operate at the highest level and make a real difference.

Schedule:

  • Generally, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a 24/7 mindset and availability. Flexibility is key.

Compensation:

  • Annual base compensation range of $200,000 to $225,000 depending on experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus and full benefits
