Job Description

M. Braun, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate II to join our Warehouse Department. This position requires a dependable and experienced individual responsible for subassembly work, inventory management, shipping and receiving, material handling and maintaining an accurate inventory for all MBraun parts. The Warehouse Associate II must have prior industry experience and be DOT-certified or able to obtain certification upon hire.

Job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately pull and stage parts to satisfy Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Perform mechanical subassemblies with minimal supervision
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations
  • Execute cycle counts and perform spot checks to support inventory accuracy
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Drive company vehicles (box truck) for material pickups and deliveries – DOT certification required
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials; ensure correct placement and transaction processing in ERP (Navision)
  • Support outbound shipment preparation, including packaging and documentation
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company safety protocols
  • Assist in continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.  This person must be able to stay focused and be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions. 

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • 2–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience required
  • Current DOT Medical Card/Certification required or ability to obtain immediately upon hire
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Navision a plus)
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment
  • Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be certified)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Physical Requirement: Balancing; climbing; bending; stooping; crawling; some light, moderate, heavy lifting and carrying; must have fine motor skills; be able to grasp small items; kneeling; pushing; reaching above shoulder; pulling hand over hand; ability to do a repetitive motion; and the ability to stand and walk for most of the day. Mobility requirement enough to move around the warehouse and production areas safely.  The ability to wear and use a respirator for certain tasks as required.
  • Visual Requirement: Must be able to visually read documents, and read from a computer screen
  • Hearing Requirement: Must be able to hear and speak on the phone and in person to convey information.  Must be able to identify hazard sounds and be aware of the environment in the warehouse and on the production floor for personal safety.
  • Mental Requirement: Comprehension, Organization, Reasoning, Decision Making, Communication, and Mathematics.
