Maintenance Technician

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of the Facilities Maintenance Team, the Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities remain in good working order, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Duties include general repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests across the facility. Other expectations may include:
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems
- Repair and maintain doors, floors, lighting, walls, ceilings, windows, and restroom fixtures
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall patching
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, and notify supervisor of reordering needs
- Work with outside contractors as necessary
- Snow removal during the winter, which may include shoveling and using a snow blower when necessary
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent
- Assist in moving furniture, assembling equipment, and event setup as needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications a plus
- Minimum 2–3 years of facilities or building maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Reliable vehicle during the winter months
- Willingness to work occasional overtime or be on-call as needed
- Able to work as part of a team with a great attitude
- High standards for following instructions, detailed work, and work quality
- Able to stand for extended periods and move about the facility as needed
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

- Competitive Wage DOE $24.00-$27.00/hr.
