How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business finance through accurate reporting, data analysis, and forecasting. You'll work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive performance and decision-making.
This role will be based in the Europe with the option to work remote or hybrid.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and supporting schedules, including variance analysis for review by senior finance and business leaders.
- Support the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes by gathering inputs, updating financial models, coordinating submissions, and consolidating data across business units.
- Participate in quarterly analyses of Excess & Obsolete inventory and Warranty reserves, helping compile data and supporting documentation.
- Track key financial and operational metrics to monitor the health of the business unit and identify trends or potential risks.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models used to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and track cost-reduction initiatives and provide supporting analysis.
- Assist in tracking capital investment projects and ensuring alignment with budgeted expectations.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management to support business planning and performance improvement.
- Prepare and summarize key financial data to assist in both short- and long-term decision-making.
- Help develop financial trend analyses and projections for the business unit.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high proficiency in Excel.
- Experience using ERP and reporting tools like SAP, Oracle, or Business Objects is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
