Marketing Coordinator

UB Greensfelder currently has an opening for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department working in the St. Louis office. This position will work closely with the marketing team, firm attorneys and other internal departments with a primary focus on project management and quality, project delivery details, and timely and accurate communications to key constituents. The Coordinator will have a lead role in facilitating sponsorship details/needs, ticket administration, and will assist in executing day-to-day tactical plans and projects for the marketing team. Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports Events Manager in planning and coordinating details for all onsite and offsite seminars, events, and internal meetings.
  • Assists Data Marketing Manager with CRM system to maintain accurate contacts information and coordinate firm mailing lists.
  • Supports Communications Managers with website updates, blogs and posting social media content, and assists with scheduling photography.
  • Assists with PowerPoint presentation formatting, graphic design projects, and other branding related projects.
  • Maintains promotional items inventory and assists with gift ordering.
  • Works with internal administrative/operations teams and external service providers; coordinates project timelines.
  • Assists with invoice processing, budget tracking and results reporting.

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills including oral/interpersonal communication, writing, editing, proofreading. Able to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to work on numerous projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members; ability to work with multiple points of contact on a variety of programs; will require working with a diverse group of internal attorney clients, including senior management and senior marketing team, as well as external agency partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in marketing, communications or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree and professional services experience desired
  • Strong technical skills and experience with marketing technology platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of content management systems (SharePoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
