Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist-Healthcare will be responsible for full-scale recruiting based on our program needs.
Please note that this is not a remote position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals such as Special Educators, Speech Therapists, Occupational and Physical Therapists, Social Workers, Psychologists, as well as administrative hires.
- Identifying new and creative ways to source viable clients including directories, contact lists, database leads, internet resources, word of mouth, community contacts, school relationships, and personal networking.
- Attending industry-related functions to increase networking opportunities while gaining valuable knowledge.
- Build strong networks in your assigned territory, and embrace full responsibility and accountability for the company's relationships with the therapist community, professional organizations, universities, and influential industry contacts within that territory.
- Working closely with program managers to fill program hiring needs.
- Regularly update applicant tracking system with information of potential candidates and new hires.
- Provide coverage for recruiting team when they are out of office.
- Attending community events in Long Island to bolster referrals for program as needed (periodic weekend day).
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly goals by developing and following an action plan.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications and other requirements:
- Recruiting and/or sales experience preferred
- Office experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong sales, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with a broad spectrum of people.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus!
Physical Requirements of the Role:
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Compensation: Full-time exempt $66,350 Annually and an average $1k-3k bonus per month equaling $75k or more based on performance.
Hours: In office, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
