Customer Service/Sales Representative

Onanon, Inc. is a world class connector and cable assembly manufacturer that prides itself on supporting our customers with the ability to design & produce custom interconnect systems for a variety of industries (Medical, Automotive, Industrial, Aviation, Military, and Commercial).

The Customer Service/ Sales Representative is primarily responsible for working with internal and external customers to ensure: (1) Timely processing form 208-008 and expediting of customer requests. (2) Processing orders and internal traveler request forms, (3) Create and help maintain Project Timelines,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate / Maintain Cost Estimates.
    • Review drawings.
    • Upload BOM to form 208-008.
    • Request and file vendor quotes.
    • Process M1 quotes.
  • Assign Project IDs.
    • Schedule Kickoff Meetings.
    • Issue NRE traveler.
  • Create and Maintain project timelines.
    • Upload BOM etc.
    • Assign project task.
    • Update completion dates.
  • Monitor project cost.
