Customer Service/Sales Representative
Onanon, Inc. is a world class connector and cable assembly manufacturer that prides itself on supporting our customers with the ability to design & produce custom interconnect systems for a variety of industries (Medical, Automotive, Industrial, Aviation, Military, and Commercial).
The Customer Service/ Sales Representative is primarily responsible for working with internal and external customers to ensure: (1) Timely processing form 208-008 and expediting of customer requests. (2) Processing orders and internal traveler request forms, (3) Create and help maintain Project Timelines,

- Have related experience along with strong problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with very strong proficiency in all of MS office suite

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate / Maintain Cost Estimates.
- Review drawings.
- Upload BOM to form 208-008.
- Request and file vendor quotes.
- Process M1 quotes.
- Assign Project IDs.
- Schedule Kickoff Meetings.
- Issue NRE traveler.
- Create and Maintain project timelines.
- Upload BOM etc.
- Assign project task.
- Update completion dates.
- Monitor project cost.
