High school graduate or equivalent. College preferred. Busic office and computer skills. Excellent Interpersonal skills along with advanced telephone customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle fast paced office environment. Must be able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment. Must be able to deal effectively with the demands of the job.

The Staffing Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for staff scheduling of all DD residential staff and aides. May provide other DD administrative support duties.
Duties Include:
- Coordinate and maintain residential staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage through scheduling systems and direct communication with staff and managers.
- Ensure compliance with agency staffing policies and procedures.
- Oversee timekeeping processes: verify/approve timesheets, monitor attendance/call-outs, and manage overtime and mileage reports.
- Collaborate with billing to reconcile and correct EVV submissions; assist with monitoring failed claims/activities.
- Maintain up-to-date staff and training rosters; schedule and communicate required training (T&L, Primus).
- Facilitate recruitment efforts including interviews, hiring, transfers, and roster updates.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling medical appointments, updating HRST, SSI, and DFCS documentation.
- Act as liaison between direct care staff, supervisors, and personnel; participate in weekly staffing meetings.
- Submit weekly attendance and overtime reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
