Flight Training Administrator

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of the Flight Operations Team, the Flight Training Administrator is responsible for the administrative and logistical aspects of the Epic Flight Training department. This includes information requests, coordinating training and other events while ensuring customers are well informed and taken care of. A successful training coordinator will continually strive to improve the processes by which the training program is administered. Other duties may include:

  • Responding to email and telephone information requests
  • Ongoing communication with customers related to training events
  • Responding to onsite customer requests
  • Schedule training events with customers
  • Coordinate the training event schedule with aircraft deliveries
  • Administer training events in Epic's training management system
  • Administer accounts and course assignments on the learning management system
  • Interface with the program manager to monitor training progress
  • Distribute and manage training records
  • Invoicing and paperwork as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 

  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar training role
  • Aviation background/experience is preferred
  • Extensive customer service experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, typing, email, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, is a plus
  • Able to work as part of a team to ensure meeting quality standards
  • High standards for following instructions, work quality, and productivity
  • Some lifting may be required
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, highly organized, and driven individual
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorized to legally work in the U.S. for any company without sponsorship now or in the future
