Programs Administrator - Grand Rapids, MI

We are recruiting for a Programs Administrator who will provide administrative assistance to the Program Managers to ensure Customer's products are produced, shipped and delivered as promised.    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verifies stocking information and creates accurate shipping documentation in a timely manner.
  • Initiates Manufacturing Plan to review with Program Managers prior to product launch.
  • Creates and updates Job Files, including appropriate customer correspondence and accurate ABT documents.
  • Ensures required Technical Data Package is received from customer and distributed appropriately.
  • Monitors customers websites for Purchase Order updates.
  • Communicates on a daily basis with Program Managers to ensure ABT has accurate and up-to-date customer information and requirements for POs.
  • Acts as a primary liaison between ABT, the customer and DCMA for scheduled required inspections.
  • Works with accounting on past due accounts and follows up on invoicing issues as requested
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a role that regularly/directly interfaces with internal or external customers
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Expert in FilePro or other ERP system, preferred
  • Ability to work additional hours/flexible schedule when required
