Location: Lyndhurst, OH
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annually + Excellent Benefits

 

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and hands-on House Manager/Aide de Camp to support a private couple in Lyndhurst, OH.

 

The successful candidate will lead a small domestic team, ensure the smooth operation of a well-staffed 10,000 sq ft residence, and provide thoughtful, attentive companionship and support to the principals in their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day household operations and staff supervision
  • Manage vendors, service providers, household schedules, and maintenance
  • Maintain detailed household manuals, calendars, and inventories
  • Participate in light housekeeping and laundry support as needed
  • Prepare or serve light meals and snacks when the Chef is off
  • Drive principals to appointments, events, and errands
  • Manage administrative tasks
  • Serve as a thoughtful companion, including offering backup support to daily care aides
  • Handle household purchases, petty cash, and credit card reconciliation
  • Maintain and manage household vehicles

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a similar position within a fine home
  • Positive, discreet, mature, and solutions-oriented
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing smart home systems
  • Comfortable assisting principals in both professional and personal matters
  • Able to remain calm in emergencies and offer practical support
  • Valid U.S. work authorization, driver's license, clean driving record
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to certify)
  • Non-smoker and comfortable in a smoke-free household

 

Schedule & Compensation

  • Annual base compensation of $100,000–$150,000, depending on experience
  • Full-time role, 5 days/week
  • Sunday to Thursday most weeks (For the right candidate, potential to work Sunday – Wednesday with longer hours)
