What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering a high volume of calls with patience, empathy, and accuracy

• Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk smoothly

• Assisting clients in stressful situations with calm professionalism

• Supporting the veterinary team with accurate information and organization

• Balancing multiple tasks while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital (knowledge of veterinary terminology is a bonus)

• Excellent communication skills: ability to listen, empathize, and clearly explain information

• Comfort handling sensitive situations with professionalism and care

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

• Basic understanding of veterinary care and procedures
