As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Outdoor Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems Business segments as part of the Customer Experience team. You will work closely as the main customer liaison to complete customer queries and order intake issues in a complex and exciting B2B environment. This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
- Play a key role in supporting the customer experience at Outdoor Wireless Networks, LLC
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders and queries
- Manage order intake, delivery, and invoicing in a B2B environment
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and support sales teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and collaboration
- Participate in process improvement, testing, and training projects
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- 5-7 years as a Customer Service/ Experience Representative
- Previous experience in a data-driven environment within a matrix and multinational organization
- Microsoft tools especially Excel knowledge
- Experience in SAP
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- Familiarity with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Apps, and automation tools is a plus
