Are you a high-level Executive Personal Assistant with unmatched organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-stakes environments? We are looking for a powerhouse EPA to support a multifaceted CEO whose life and work span industries and time zones.

This is a unique opportunity to be an essential extension of the CEO, where you will be trusted to manage the pulse of her professional and personal world. We are searching for someone warm, empathic, and kind—someone who can anticipate needs, execute with precision, and respond swiftly to any request the CEO sends their way.

You must be comfortable working with some ambiguity and handling evolving situations with grace and confidence. Above all, you must possess a deep sense of professionalism, kindness, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

This is not your standard EA position. You will become a true extension of the CEO, planning, coordinating, anticipating, and problem-solving across all aspects of her professional, personal, and family life. You will manage an ever-evolving calendar, coordinate with travel teams, support family logistics, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and serve as a trusted right hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Masterfully manage a demanding calendar of business, personal, and philanthropic commitments
  • Coordinate with the travel team to ensure domestic/international travel is seamless
  • Liaise with internal staff, external partners, vendors, and household personnel
  • Draft clear, warm, professional communications and manage sensitive correspondence
  • Oversee logistics for CEO's children's school and extracurricular schedules
  • Coordinate family logistics and household staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with absolute discretion
  • Uphold and represent family and company culture and integrity

Qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives in hybrid EA/PA roles
  • Excellent, verifiable references
  • Ability to think several steps ahead and handle multiple competing priorities
  • Impeccable judgment, professionalism, and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and contributing to a strong team
  • Strong relationship builder who can work fluidly with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools
  • Flexible, highly responsive, and committed to excellence in a 24/7 environment

Schedule:

  • Generally, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • 24/7 mindset and availability
  • There may be some options for hybrid work at the CEO's discretion

Compensation:

  • Annual base compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000 depending on experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus and full benefits
  • If your compensation requirement is higher, please explain in a short letter why we should consider your application. All resumes will be held in strict confidence.
