Director of Managed Print Services
Position Summary:
Manages and directs execution of the Managed Print Services (MPS) organization within Sales. The Director of Managed Print Services is responsible for the entire program including financial accountability, sales of hardware and maintenance contracts, liaison with administration, service, operations, client services and marketing. Additionally, be a liaison between Loffler and applicable vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops annual business plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
• Directs sales and service forecasting activities.
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, etc.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the MPS program.
• Assists the sales effort in the role of a MPS specialist / Subject Matter Expert.
• Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
• Coordinates liaison between the sales department and other Loffler departments.
• Prepares periodic performance reports showing sales and service revenues, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
• Submit formal pricing requests to our vendor partners.
• Supervises the training, development, and assessment of assigned staff to retain and motivate them to achieve or exceed the expectations of our clients, both internal and external.

3. Conduct formal reviews to ensure activity and quality standards are being met.
4. Participates in recruiting and selecting applicants for job vacancies.
5. Follows and implements coaching standards on assigned staff to ensure consistent and effective sales performance.
• Serves as the role model and sets a standard of performance and behavior to motivate and develop team spirit among assigned staff.
1. Maintains expert knowledge of Loffler procedures and processes; identifies areas of improvement.
2. Supports company-sponsored projects and programs; utilizes corporate resources to enhance productivity and promote the company’s image.
3. Establishes and maintains relationships within the local business community to present a positive image of Loffler.
4. Seek out opportunities to promote teamwork.
• Works with senior management to ensure effective implementation of the strategies and tactics designed to obtain business unit goals and objectives.
1. Manages the defined revenue and volume objectives for each direct report and communicates status to senior management.
2. Monitors key operational tactics as defined by senior management to ensure that all corporate goals are being met in a timely manner.
3. Contributes to the budgeting, reforecasting and annual planning process to assure sufficient resources are available to meet outlined objectives.
4. Gathers and distributes industry information to ensure team employees are aware of current industry trends.
5. Gathers and forwards competitive information to ensure senior management is aware of current market trends.
6. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Utilize Loffler’s CRM tool as needed.
• Ability to use Microsoft suite (Excel; PowerPoint; Word; Outlook).
• Participate in and be a contributing member of the Sales team and uphold the company mission statement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum of three days in office
• Current Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication, and presentation skills for internal and external customers
• Team oriented individual
• Must have a reliable vehicle for possible client site meetings
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the systems, products and services of the company.
• Knowledge and understanding of the company’s business objectives and goals.
• Skills in customer relations, such as the ability to respond with sensitivity and a sense of urgency to customer needs or requests.
• Skill in planning and organizing action steps to achieve desired results.
• Skill in basic math to perform simple equations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages.
• Skill in prospecting such as identifying and contacting possible customers.
• Skill in selling by implementing a sales plan, from identifying a target market through closing the sale.

Education/Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in the Imaging/Printing/Marketing industry a plus
• Experience selling Managed Print Services a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, from an accredited institution and minimum two (3) years of combined experience in engaging, servicing or selling to customers, clients, and/or direct experience in a Customer Service/Tech Service or Sales role in a private, public or government environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and e-Automate a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizations policies and procedures.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, selecting and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; mentoring and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing customer concerns and resolving problems.
• Responsible for understanding and enforcing Employee Handbook.
