We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, discreet, and client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has high standards, a strong understanding of luxury service, is a good judge of people, is very proactive, has a strong executive skill set -- meaning you write well, communicate effectively, are highly organized -- with New York City pace and an old world work ethic.  

You should have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment – experience that translates well to managing concurrent searches.

This role is based in our Beverly Hills office Monday through Friday, full-time, in-office with traditional business hours.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you have experience in full-cycle recruitment, staffing homes, c-suite offices, hotels, private clubs as well as a passion for matching exceptional talent with the right role.

We are seeking someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies – with hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms preferred.

This role requires legal authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We are prepared to offer a base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 in addition to the opportunity to earn a significant uncapped quarterly incentive based on performance.
