This role is based in our Beverly Hills office Monday through Friday, full-time, in-office with traditional business hours.
Qualifications:
Ideally, you have experience in full-cycle recruitment, staffing homes, c-suite offices, hotels, private clubs as well as a passion for matching exceptional talent with the right role.
We are seeking someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies – with hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms preferred.
This role requires legal authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
We are prepared to offer a base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 in addition to the opportunity to earn a significant uncapped quarterly incentive based on performance.
