What You'll Do 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers—making connections, qualifying leads, and helping turn interest into sales. You'll work closely with marketing and outside sales reps to drive meaningful growth in a fast-moving industry. 

Here's what your day might include: 

  • Following up with inbound leads  

  • Calling and emailing prospects to uncover their needs and introduce our solutions 

  • Collaborating with outside sales reps to help close deals 

  • Logging activity in our CRM  

  • Supporting local events and trade shows to meet potential customers face to face

Earnings and Commission Details 

  • ISRs earn 50 cents for every outbound call made to customers (inbound calls not included) 

  • Earn $20 for every qualified appointment you schedule for local sales reps or PSSRs to meet customers onsite (subject to change) 

  • Monthly commission is processed on the first of the following month and disbursed on the next pay cycle 

  • Future opportunities will be available to earn commission on machine sales
