As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of your territory by building relationships with business owners and individuals, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Deliver engaging group presentations that clearly communicate the value and impact of our products.

Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service, follow-up, and policy reviews.

Manage and grow your own book of business, becoming a trusted advisor in your territory.

Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network.
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.

Active Health & Life license (or willingness to obtain—training and reimbursement provided).

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years post-high school experience.
