Associate Account Manager

Franklin Retail Solutions partners with prominent brands within the Sports, Outdoor, Fitness and Health industries. We develop retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs, manage a network of field professionals who execute these programs, and analyze the results for the brands we represent. These results are used by our clients to drive future retail and customer marketing programs.

 

Purpose: 

The Associate Account Manager works in conjunction with the Account Manager to drive profitable business relationships with our key clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the daily operations and administrative tasks for the portfolio of accounts. You will support the management of projects that require ongoing attention and a keen eye toward detail, so that timely adjustments can be made to maximize program effectiveness. Timely and efficient execution is a must. This position is an ideal stepping stone for those ultimately interested in an Account Manager position.

Associate Account Manager Job Duties:

  • Support Account Management members with client strategies through the development of project materials, visual guides, report questions, and project summaries

  • Provide data entry support for various aspects of the business, including invoicing, contracts, store information, project details

  • Participate in all Department meetings

  • Evaluate and maintain pertinent files and databases

  • Analyze data gathered by field representatives and be able to concisely communicate this information into actionable feedback for clients

  • Distribute daily reports and monthly recaps to Account Management department
