Position: Rapid Deployment Engineering Manager

Location: Nashua, NH

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are seeking a Rapid Deployment Engineering Manager to join our High Speed Cables team in Nashua, NH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team focused on rapid-turn design, prototyping, and validation of high-speed cable assemblies and interconnect products. design, test, and deploy tooling and automation across various factories
• Develop rapid qualification test strategies and leverage fast-track DFM/DFT practices to enable early manufacturing readiness
• Manage and monitor a high volume of concurrent programs, balancing speed with technical robustness and manufacturability
• Work closely with external suppliers and manufacturers on new equipment and processes
• Prepare equipment and systems specifications
• Participate in DFMs, FMEAs and risk assessment activities
• Work with teams to define critical product/process parameters relating to product documentation nominals and tolerances and they are related to process functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role related to Process/Deployment Engineering or related position
• Ability to travel as needed across the United States, Mexico, Asia and other factories up to 25% of the time
• Ability to communicate and relay manufacturing information across various sites
• Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze situations, identify cause, and effect relationships
