 Location: Corona, California | 8am-5pm Full-Time/Hybrid | Travel: Weekly to Satellite Office

Position Summary

The Training- Workforce Development Specialist leads onboarding and employee training programs to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences aligned with company values and compliance requirements. This role also supports ongoing development of training materials and acts as a vital culture ambassador within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver new hire onboarding and compliance training sessions

  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and AV setup

  • Develop and update training content and e-learning modules

  • Track training completion using LMS or internal systems

  • Collect participant feedback and assist in program enhancements

  • Conduct refresher and retraining sessions as needed

  • Support quarterly Respite Care Provider training initiatives

  • Represent and promote company values, fostering team development

  • Participate in occasional off-site and field training events


Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in education, HR, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of training experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)


Schedule & Environment

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Occasional overtime, offsite meetings, and travel may be required

  • Work includes indoor and outdoor settings, local travel, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

  • physical activity includes walking, bending, and carrying supplies

  • Work occurs in both office and home visit settings with varied conditions
