The principal would like to hire by October 1, 2025. They are willing to hire sooner or wait an additional week or two for the right candidate.

 

Location

  • Palm Beach, FL
  • Hybrid between the Principal’s residence and your home office

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dynamic, ever-evolving calendar with precision and foresight
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and events
  • Arrange all aspects of business, personal, and family travel (domestic & international).
  • Serve as liaison to board members, investors, and senior leadership
  • Handle confidential communications and correspondence with grace and professionalism
  • Support personal and household logistics, vendor management, inventory, and errands
  • Manage expense reports and coordinate bill pay
  • Be available after hours and on weekends for urgent changes or support
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and ensure every detail is accounted for

 

Qualifications

  • A seasoned EPA with 5+ years supporting C-suite executives with excellent, verifiable references
  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • A tech-savvy operator fluent in Microsoft Office, PC, iPhone, and adaptable to new platforms
  • A proactive, resourceful self-starter who thrives in autonomy and collaboration
  • A discreet professional with sound judgment and a high level of confidentiality
  • A long-term player who’s ready to commit and grow with the role
  • Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license

Compensation and Terms

  • Base compensation $160,000 - $185,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience
  • General work schedule is Monday to Friday, either 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with flexibility for some after hours and weekend support
  • Excellent benefits package includes an annual discretionary bonus, excellent health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and NYSE holidays.
