Customer Service Representative
Desert Hills Animal Clinic, located at Carefree Highway and 7th Street, is looking for a smiling face to welcome our customers into the hospital. We are a 4 doctor clinic that takes emergencies and walk in emergencies keeping us very busy and on the go. We need someone who can work with computers, is confident with people and loves animals! This will require weekends, morning, and evening shifts to cover our business hours of M-F 7:00-6:00pm and Sat 8am-4pm. There is an established team of CSRs to provide consistent training for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, answering general questions
- Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Scheduling appointments (triage knowledge is vital!)
- Digital file maintenance and data entry
- Handling money
REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer skills
- Timekeeping
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to utilize multi-line phone
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Display professional manner at all times
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a Veterinary setting preferred but not required
- Flexibility in schedule

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
