Tool Management Coordinator

PTW is hiring a Tool Management Coordinator to join our team in Nisku, AB.
A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Maintains accurate records of all tools and equipment in ToolWatch.
- Manages the storage, maintenance, and distribution of tools and equipment.
- Performs minor preventative maintenance on small construction tools/equipment.
- Requests purchase requisitions and orders new tools and supplies, after receiving required approvals.
- Communicate with management and project sites regarding tooling needs.
- Inspects and certifies harnesses.
- Monthly inspections of fire extinguishers.
- Organizes and maintains warehouse.
- Organizes shipments of equipment, tools and materials to designated projects.
- Organizes transportation and cranes for shipping of tool cribs and office trailers.
- Acts in a manner consistent with PTW's core values and according to PTW's Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behaviour.
- Complies with standards and procedures of the PTW Health & Safety Manual and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience.
- A strong understanding of industrial tools, equipment and maintenance.
- Ability to start and complete multiple tasks.
- Detail oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.
- Must have clean driving record and be able to provide a current drivers abstract.
- Self-motivated and must be able to work alone.
TICKETS REQUIREMENTS
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have own transportation as most locations are not accessible with public transportation.
