The Supervisor drives logistics execution, implements process improvements, and promotes employee engagement through team meetings, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen). With experience in warehouse operations and logistics, the Supervisor ensures smooth workflow, addresses discipline and attendance matters, supports 6S standards, and secures the facility. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, problem-solving skills, and a background in logistics and process improvement to achieve operational goals while fostering teamwork and high performance.
