What You'll Do
- Create content that speaks directly to drivers' biggest goals, concerns, and questions—building trust before hire and reinforcing confidence for those already driving with us.
- Produce and optimize content across blogs, landing pages, email, and beyond—meeting an ambitious publishing cadence.
- Dig into analytics every day to measure performance, refine strategy, and ensure content is answering the right questions.
- Stay ahead of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven changes so ATS continues to show up in the right places at the right time as the most trusted carrier to drive for.
- Train with technical SEO/GEO experts and immediately apply what you learn.
- Collaborate with recruiters, drivers, and internal experts to bring stories to life, answer questions, and bring authentic driver voices forward.

Compensation & Benefits
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $82,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
